The Hermosa Surf Club is focused on outdoor activity and accommodations, with an outdoor restaurant and bar, a beautifully designed infinity pool overlooking the surf, and shops to fit the needs of your active lifestyle. For your convenience, there is a Surf Shop and an adventure shop where you can rent equipment or book tours. There are plenty of things to do on or off our property for the owners or guests or just to kick back to enjoy a cocktail and watch the sun go down.

At the pre-construction phase, the week-unit is available to reserve as yours for a small down payment of $3000. The total price for the unit- $8000 (pre-construction).The remaining $5000, for the balance of your timeshare, is due when the construction is completed. You may pay outright or take advantage of the financing provided by the Hermosa Surf Club at a very competitive rate in Costa Rica of 9.90%. This is financed over 10 years and is $66 per month. This is purchasing a “right-to-use” style ownership for your time share. It is for life! Costa Rica has strict rules and regulations about the land along the coast, every 20 years it has to be renewed. There is a modest fee to renew. Hermosa Surf Club will be joining the time share trade programs where you can travel to other great destinations using the ownership of your Hermosa Surf Club week-unit. You are also free to rent your unit out on your week for a substantial profit. At anytime, you may sell your time share. If you are interested in buying time shares for an investment as they will be worth significantly more once the construction is complete (about 10-12 months from start in first quarter 2007); we will be selling some time shares week-units in bundles of five for a discounted price. Or, you may just simply purchase them individually. We can only speculate, but the time shares should be worth about 2x the pre-construction price sometime in the near future. We will be selling the time shares for $12,000 as soon the construction is finished The post construction pricing is subject to change with the current market values. It is unheard of to find a timeshare on the ocean front for this low price. If you consider the savings by having a timeshare compared to paying for a hotel nightly in Playa Hermosa, we cam up with a savings of 50-70% in vacation costs for the next 20 years. Cost of living in Costa Rica is still very reasonable, but prices are going up for real estate, so get in now!
