Hermosa Surf Club
The construction of the 30-unit complex (1500 Square Meters or 15,500 square feet) with beachfront
pool, a restaurant and 3 shops. The units will be roomy studio style to accommodate your family,
and each and every unit will have ocean view. The 3 shops will consist of a surf shop, a tour group
and a mini-market. The tour group will offer all the standard eco-style entertainment from tours to
live volcanoes, hot springs, jungle tours on horseback or quads, world class sport fishing and zip
line tours through the rain and cloud forests. The surf shop will specialize in surf equipment and
offer surf lessons. The units will be offered as time-shares, sold in weekly units utilizing a
titled right-to-use style of ownership. We plan to be part of the time-share trade programs, so you
can utilize your ownership for traveling to other great locations as well, one of the many great
reasons why timeshares are a favorite way to vacation. Of course you will be able to rent your
unit out for a substantial profit during your week of ownership to another family, if you will not
be making it to Costa Rica.
